Return Policy for Non-Custom Orders: 90 Days
We know you will love your order, but just incase you need to return it for any reason, know that your covered. We over a no questions asked 90 day return policy for unopened merchandise. You can have an exchange, store credit or refund money back to your card. This excludes our custom orders.
Return Policy for Custom Orders:
We do not offer refunds on custom products since a proof is approved before production on every transaction. However, if their is an artwork error or mis-communication we will do our best to remake your order in the given time frame.

If you find it on our site or anyone of Suddora’s other vendor platforms like Amazon.com or Walmart.com or Jet.com within 90 days, we will offer you the difference as store credit or refund money back to your card.

*Will you ship my order out today?
Yes , every item is in stock. In a case that you order a very big quantity of a product or want to customize it we may have to produce it. Please contact us now if you are concerned.
All orders that come in before 1:30 PM EST (10:30 AM PST), Monday - Friday are shipped out same day.
Custom Orders ship out based on the production days after the artwork on each product within the order is approved. Production days vary from product to product. Please contact us for any shipping related questions or view our faq page.
*How can I get live shipping rates?
If you would like to check out shipping rates before you check out, simply add the product(s) to your cart and click on the calculate shipping option under your total.
*Can I rush my order?
For retail (non custom) items we are able to use faster shipping options to help you meet a deadline. There are 2-day and overnight options when checking out. These only apply to business days, not weekend.
*How do I track my recently placed order?
After placing an order you should receive an email notification with tracking information when you item has shipped. If you are unable to locate this email or log into your account, please contact us.
*How long will it take to deliver my package once it ships out?
Ground can take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days for delivery (Monday-Friday).
We do have rush options available: 2-Day and Overnight. Please note this only applies to business days (Monday - Friday), not weekend.
